• We believe in complete disclosure. You won't have unpleasant surprises at a later date. Our goal is to have you come back to us because you feel comfortable and confident that we will always have your best interest in mind. We always honor that trust.

• Our Guarantee: One year guarantee against material or workmanship defects. The guarantee applies to normal wear and tear but not to abuse or mistreatment of the merchandise.
  
  
• Returns & Exchanges: We extend a 15 day return for refund period. After 15 days you may trade your "like new" condition jewelry in toward a piece of at least double the value and you will be allowed your purchase price as a trade in value for the original piece. If you jewelry is not in "like-new" condition, you will be charged a refurbishing charge to bring the jewelry into "like-new" condition.

• Shipping: we ship by U.S. Postal Service. On parcels up to $500 in value we ship 1st. Class Mail, insured. On parcels over $500 in value we ship registered mail insured. All parcels require a signature upon delivery.

• Shipping Charges: $15 plus 1% of your total.

• Quick Shipment of your order: In stock merchandise paid by credit card will be shipped next business day after credit card charge is authorized. In-stock merchandise paid by check will be shipped next business day after the check is cleared. Out of stock merchandise will be handled on an individual basis and you will be notified of anticipated shipping date.

• Shipping to a different Address: Check, cashier's check and money order purchases will be shipped as instructed. Credit Card purchases will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card.
